# OC Brewery releases Extra Special Fool

The Randburg brewery’s new 5.6% ESB layers caramel, biscuit and toffee with traditional English hops.

## Release brief

Optimum Craft Brewery has added Extra Special Fool to its current range.

The 5.6% Extra Special Bitter uses dark crystal and roasted malt for caramel, toasted biscuit and toffee, balanced by earthy traditional English hops.

The brewery lists the release in 440ml cans sold as a six-pack.
