## Release brief

Soul Barrel has opened its annual small-batch Black Oil release for 2026.

This vintage uses a solera process to bring together multiple vintages aged across bourbon, whiskey and rum barrels. The brewery describes coffee, roast and sweet chocolate malt over a thick oaky body.

Black Oil is listed at 13% ABV and 60 IBU in 375ml bottles. This is a limited cellar release, so current stock should be confirmed with the brewery.
