The story

The story of OC Brewery.

Optimum Craft Brewery was created in 2016 by Gavin and Tudy after home brewing developed into a commercial project. The brewery’s Yeti collaboration series uses new hops, grains, fruit, enzymes and yeasts for limited 1,000-litre releases.
